PME CMC Tylo Powder can be used to harden fondant and marzipan for creating unique cake modelling designs. Create figures, flowers, letters and more to add extra dimension to your cake with this powder.

You will simply need to knead the powder into your fondant before leaving it for a couple of hours. You can then model it into your unique design before it sets to become more firm.

This can also be used to create edible glue for further cake decorating details.
